Finance User's Guide: Displaying Incomplete Account List on Currency Revaluation Page

Written by: Gam Tran Are you an accountant using NetSuite and encountering issues with the incomplete account list on the currency revaluation page? You're not alone. Many users are facing this defect, and while we wait for Netsuite to fix it, a workaround solution can help you overcome this obstacle. In this blog post, we will guide you through displaying the incomplete account list on the currency revaluation page, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Step 1: Access the Revalue Open Currency Balances Page

As a finance user, log in to your NetSuite account and navigate to Transactions > Financial > Revalue Open Currency Balances.

Step 2: Use a Non-Admin Role

It is important to note that the incomplete account list issue primarily affects users with non-admin roles. If you are using an administrator role, you may not encounter this problem.

Step 3: Find Cash Accounts

Search for cash accounts using relevant keywords on the Currency Revaluations page.

Step 4: Select Blank for Subsidiary Field

Next, click on the Subsidiary field and select "blank."

Step 5: Reselect Subsidiary and Check

After selecting "blank" for the Subsidiary field, select the Subsidiary again and check. You will notice that the previously missing accounts will now appear in the list.

By following these steps, you can effectively display the incomplete account list on the currency revaluation page, ensuring that you have access to all the necessary account information.
